- Fiber internet is included for all apartments.
- Mediacom is the cable provider in the building. We do offer a master antenna hookup in each apartment.
- The lease is 12 months long and then converts to a month-to-month lease.
- The refundable security deposit is equal to one month’s rent for each apartment.
